Daniel began his illustrious Real Estate career over 35 years ago. He is a principal and co-founding partner of Incompro Ltd. As a Broker, he has spent most of his career specializing in Multi-Residential properties, Land Development, Raw and Infills and Retail Commercial throughout the province of Ontario.

Throughout his career, Daniel has developed relationships with clients of all types, from first time investors, seasoned private investors, public and private Real Estate Investment Trusts, to builders and developers. His experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients has been one of the primary reasons of his success. Additionally, Daniel has a keen ability to understand the “Art of the Deal” which proves invaluable when advising his clients. Miriam joined Incompro Ltd. in 2020. She has cultivated a sound working knowledge of the acquisition and disposition of income producing properties in Southern Ontario.  To date, Miriam has represented clients in commercial real estate transactions and has made understanding her client’s ultimate real estate strategy a priority.

Prior to joining Incompro Ltd., Miriam spent most of her career owning and operating a successful interior design and decorating consulting business for land developers and home builders. She later shifted gears and became a licensed real estate professional with years of residential and commercial lease experience.
