Daniel began his illustrious Real Estate career over 35 years ago. He is a principal and co-founding partner of Incompro Ltd. As a Broker, he has spent most of his career specializing in Multi-Residential properties, Land Development, Raw and Infills and Retail Commercial throughout the province of Ontario.
Throughout his career, Daniel has developed relationships with clients of all types, from first time investors, seasoned private investors, public and private Real Estate Investment Trusts, to builders and developers. His experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients has been one of the primary reasons of his success. Additionally, Daniel has a keen ability to understand the “Art of the Deal” which proves invaluable when advising his clients. Daniel prides himself on the diligent work ethic, passion, and knowledge that he brings to the table. His approach to any transaction is integrity driven, with the goal to achieve the best results for his clients.
In addition to his Real Estate career, Daniel currently owns various property portfolios comprising primarily of Multi-Residential Apartment Buildings, as well as Land Parcels.
